1. Acceptance of Terms

8. Intellectual Property Rights

(PDRCI). The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

10.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with 700pub only on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

11. Amendments to Terms

700pub reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via email, website notification, or prominent display upon login. Your continued use of 700pub services following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
